Kate Westland is a trusted all-rounder who blends creative skill with operational know-how. With a background in graphic design, executive support and project coordination, she plays a vital role in bringing clarity, consistency and polish to everything we do at Esprit.

Kate has worked across multiple sectors including construction, aviation and media, where she has supported senior leaders, coordinated high-pressure submissions and crafted engaging visual materials. Her ability to switch between big-picture thinking and detailed execution ensures the team stays organised and our outputs stay sharp.

At Esprit, Kate supports the team with design execution, workflow coordination and task management, helping us deliver high-impact work with polish and efficiency.

Kate is a proud local Tasmanian raising two young boys. She is passionate about gender equality, health, and creating meaningful, values-led work that makes a positive impact.
