Our Founder and Managing Director

Sally is a Sustainability and ESG professional with extensive experience in sustainability consulting, non-financial reporting, and social impact. As a mother of two, she is driven by a deep desire to leave the world a better place for future generations. She is passionate about driving positive change by helping organisations integrate sustainability into their strategies and operations.

With two decades of expertise in brand development, marketing, and public affairs, Sally has established herself as a leader in communications and sustainability with a keen focus on social impact, ESG strategies, and collaborative engagement for positive change. 

Her work is dedicated to empowering corporate entities to embrace their social responsibilities, surpassing best practices, legislative, and supply chain expectations while maintaining the humanity needed to drive true and lasting change within communities.

Sally's journey includes influential positions at Australian brands such as Seafolly, Stella Hospitality, and Carlton United Breweries, and most recently as the Head of Marketing and Public Affairs for Hobart Airport. This extensive experience with some of Australia’s top brands has given Sally a distinct perspective on the integration of sustainability within business strategies across multiple sectors.

In addition to her professional work, Sally is a dedicated advocate for domestic violence awareness and support. Her personal interest and advocacy work in this area further fuel her commitment to creating safer and more supportive communities.

Committed to lifelong learning and industry involvement, Sally made the roll of excellence for academic performance at UTAS for the completion of a graduate certificate in Sustainable business and completed the Social Impact and Sustainability course through RMIT. She is professionally certified in the GRI Standards, a Greenstar Accredited Professional, holds an IAP2 Australasia Certificate of Engagement, and is a proud member of the Tasmanian Council of Social Services (TASCOSS). 

She applies a holistic approach to ESG and sustainability and continuously stays up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in strategy and compliance.
