At Esprit, we believe in the power of thoughtful, human-centred work to create lasting change. Our story is rooted in values: integrity, impact, and community, and shaped by a deep belief in doing business for good. 

Our Founder

Esprit was founded by Sally Hayne, a Sustainability and ESG professional with deep experience in brand, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and responsible business consulting. Her work spans industries and sectors, but her motivation has always remained the same: to create meaningful, measurable change.
Driven by the belief that "if you see something, do something," Sally built Esprit to help organisations align purpose with action and lead with integrity.

We exist to bridge the gap between good intentions and meaningful impact. Whether it's shaping sustainability strategies, elevating community voices, or embedding ESG into everyday operations, we help our clients move from values to outcomes.

We use globally recognised frameworks like the GRI, ISSB, and Theory of Change to guide our work. But we also know the power of conversation, context, and care. Our approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in your goals, not just the guidelines.

Living Our Purpose
Esprit is a for-purpose business that commits at least 20 percent of our time each year to voluntary community support. This includes pro bono strategy work, governance advice, and capacity building for organisations creating social impact. It’s one of the ways we put our values into practice and ensure our work contributes to the kind of future we believe in.
